A couple of teams have booked in this weekend so we are at the 8 team stage, only 2 spots left. Players who are not part of a team and want to play will get a game, a couple of teams are not up to there maximum player level so they will be looking for guests.

A team has suggested an party on the Saturday night, no problem, there is plenty of space to camp and if sufficient players want it we will arrange food and some entertainment.

Ringer Patrol

Ringer Patrol have confirmed their entry so the event is gaining momentum. I am told on the grapevine that the Warped sports crew are playing but have not had it official confirmed.

Paint on site, no idea of prices but I will speak to the suppliers to get some prices

Saturday Night

For those who are staying local to the site, we will be having a few beers in the "Post Office" pub which is junction 38 M1 (same exit as the site) but head towards Barnsley. 200 yds from the motorway exit (or maybe 300 yds)

Several players are staying at the Travel Lodge at Woolley edge or the Holiday Inn express at junction 39.

The site is looking fantastis for this "Woodsball" event. Very few barricades but masses of natural cover !!!

Confirmation

Warpede Mercs have confirmed so 8 teams at the Woodsball event.

Several players are camping, the only restriction is NO fires in the woods just in the safe area. If you want to go for a beer and some food the Post Office pub is 5 mins drive or about 15 mins walk away.

Start times on Sunday

Site open from 7.30am
Captains meeting around 8.30am
First round of games 9.00-9.15am

Should be finished in the 3.30/3.30 region

You can walk the fields on Saturday afternoon but remember we have customers on site and this might mean you can't walk certain areas.
