Great games today!
The MAO is going great so far! Weather was sunny and muggy today, but then we're in the south...and we're also just happy it didn't rain like crazy like in years past...at least so far. It's raining now (11:30pm) so we'll see what tomorrow holds.
Rob and the PBC staff worked hard alongside the PSP staff to get Paintball Central Sports Park Charlotte ready for the event (we stomped a mud-hole in the field and walked it dry at the last couple of CFOA events at the park). The grass is green (in spite of our drought), the pits are gravel (no mud) and while parking is pretty tight, everything seems to be running very well.
The NXL had some great games today! The Ironmen and Philly battle was great, Infamous and Damange was a grind until the last minute, Aftershock showed that they still have an over-abundance of heart as they battled back from a 6-2 deficit to take the Russians to overtime, Avalanche and Impact was a fight and Aftermath and X-Factor pounded long point after long point with Aftermath taking the win.
