I have had a Dye gun and then tried an Ego...the Planet Guns are assembled and tested in the Uk and they even have the techs name assigned to the gun so that they can trace a problem if it were not to work out of the box..it is things like that that give Planet gun users confidence to use them with no worries about reliability... I would think most Etek and ego users stick to the brand/make because of personal experience...
So if i get called a sheep then so be it ..don't give a damn lol...cause I got an Ego! LOl

at the time i was shooting a shocker i think but iover the year,s i have had timmy,s dm,s angal,s shocker,s and even a ion but i have alway,s loved the ego simlpy to fix and play with stright out the box

i'm a skint sheep

after seeing the ego's in action at penkridge 3 team members bought them, weve ran them since february and they've all ran faultless apart from a qev going down on 1 marker and 1 set of detents replaced, weve just ordered last friday an ego 09 apiece so now i'm a skint sheep but im gonna save in the long term i dont expect any problems for quite some time and i wont lose valuable playing time (missed weekends)because they're so reliable and the support is great, ie manual and internet info on the tech side.

After surfing here a while i have seen the phrase 'eclipse sheep' appear a few times from bob long/dm fans. I even remember one guy going ballistic in the ego10 thread slandering eclipse for copying bob long's innovations.

Hah, don't worry about that particular chap, he's a diehard BL fan/tech. Both PE and BL make great markers.

did you tighten the bottom grip frame screws too much? I know I was warned about doing that with my 07
