Right guys, World Cup October 7 - 11, this is one hell of an event, and I for one am going, so I know there has been a lot of players asking me about going to this. So lets see if we can get as many Teams as we can from the UK and the rest of Europe to play this.

I know that my Team London Tigers 2 want to play, and I am willing to sort out other Teams out ( ie scratch Teams) so if any players want to play this can they elther post up or PM me and i will sort things out. If Teams want to post up then thats all good. It would be good to see as many European Teams as possible.
And that includes any players over 40 that want to put a Masters Team together........and no funny comments please....Oh go on then just a few lol

Sean, you will need to register as a player with the APPA http://www.paintball-players.org/cgi-bin/newplayer.cgi?Ref=1
Its easy, all you need is a photo of yourself and to take matching ID to the event when you pickup your card. You can also list yourself on as a 'Free Agent' for the event (or, of course, whore yourself out on the nation - I had to type that bit fast in case it burnt my fingers :D)

Twizz, as ever, you are a hero, taking this upon yourself. I really hope to be out there myself, giving you guys the media cover you deserve. The new venue is about 1/2 way between Orlando and Tampa, the two are only about an hour apart and the new site is 1/2 an hour from the old one. I doubt though that it enjoys the public transport links that Disney does, so a hire car (or access to one) is a probably a must. You can get a pretty good deal through the PSP website with Enterprise and they always offer an upgrade (hence I end up with a Jeep ;)). Its actually about the same distance to the site from the area I have stayed in the last couple of years as Disney, and there are tons of Villa developments around.

Its on 2 months AFTER I leave Florida:( I don't think the parental units would allow me time off of college to attend, but you never know:p and it also depends on if my job at subway can provide enough money to make it:rolleyes:

but i've been to the site and fantasy of flight is a great place,

My brother lost my bouncy ball at fantasy of flight when I was 7, so if you find it...:D

The travelling time to Fantasy of Flight from the Kissimmee area of Florida is around 40 minutes and since you can get villas for around £17.00 per person per night it is well worth the travelling time.
I already have ours booked and for car hire (you will need it) try www.uscarhire.co.uk and you can get a team bus (7 seater) for the week for £209.00 and that includes all insurance, extra drivers and a full tank of fuel.
And don't think of going without travel insurance that covers you for paintball.
Stop dreaming and get yourself across to the best event of the year. :)
