Rat , speak with your dialysis unit where you currently go, they can look into it for you mate, its not the easiest thing to plan in the world as they have to sort out medical records and so on.

Try them as your first port of call bud..

No problems mate i know only to well the three day a week, 4hrs a time sat on one of those machines, i had my transplants about 5 years ago now.

Rat it will cost you a fortune dude, theres no national health in the states. Hell even an ambulence costs $1k. So if you decide to come do your research don't get caught out its not worth risking. If your lucky you may find a health insurance to cover it, I will keep my fingers crossed.
