Those that know you and the other party involved probably have a rough idea what is going on here, even from my ivory tower in Luxmbourg!

I think that before this does go the way of many an internet thread Pete, we draw a dignified line under proceedings here before it does become an issue not just to you personally, but as your position as chairman of the federation as well.

Your position, as you say may be completely justified, but I guess there are some pretty strong underlying issues that could get blown out of proportion.

Peace all.

jeff abbot sent me an email in response to this thread, I saw it was from him and read the first line or two and deleted it, I don't like sh!t in my inbox, especially from thieves.

The problem with jeff abbott is, in an effort to divert the shame of rightfully being accused a thieving scumbag, he has ended up convincing himself he is innocent of all charges.

I think his reply was based upon some ridiculous assertion that he didn't want to waste money in taking me to court ... seems to me, if i was being accused of being a thief (and I knew I was innocent) I'd invest whatever it took in my own defence no problem....after all, if i was innocent, then I'd be awarded costs and damages.

abbott knows full well, he tried to steal from me, and on that basis, he's a thief ..... and as a wise man once said, or something like it anyway, if he looks like thief, if he acts like a thief and he quacks like a thief ...then abbott is a thief...

He has tried sooo many things in trying to get people to do certain things but none of these people have helped him....it might serve people well as to wonder why people won't help him.
The reason is, a lot of people know who did what in Paris, and with all those people knowing (and being involved) it's impossible for abbott to try and rewrite history in his favour.

Come an abbott, sue me, plleeeease sue me.....don't give us all that cr@p about not wasting yer money, I am calling you a thief...defend yourself, defend your 'reputation' .......or do the honorable thing ...but that maybe asking way too much of a person such as you.

Now, some of you may well wonder why I persist in this and as others have suggested, it's not really the place for such an airing ......ostensibly reasonable points but firstly, nobody is asking anybody to read this thread and if it's not your cup of tea, then no problemo, I am sure you'll live on without reading it.
Secondly, there are 'other' ways of dealing with low life thieves such as abbott but I'd be playing straight into his hands if I went down that road.

And so, his punishment?
There are of course many ways to punish him and if this little indulgence on my part is the totality of that punishment, then so be it.

If he didn't wanna be punished, then he shouldn't have committed the crime...it's no use anybody waving any moral/ procedural banners in front of me now.

Good points, but as I have said before and I'll say it again, if you are asking me to stop on the basis of my chairmanship of the federation, then no problem mate, you got my resignation in a heartbeat.

Hows the Feds own site coming along anyway?

Neil from Heaven Paintball has drafted a set of website proposals we will be looking at our next meeting and so once that has been done, I think we can go down the road of commissioning its construction as soon as possible.

I have a proposal in terms of ending this but unless this unfolds in the following way, I will NEVER let this drop ....

But before I go further, I want to say something regarding this whole sordid affair, and believe me, it is rather sordid.

I didn't make any of this up, abbott decided to do what he did which was to attempt to steal my property.
I have already mentioned other people's names who were involved in all this cr@p, and they were people such as Tommy Pemberton, Leigh Digard, Dunny, Tony Perez, Laurent Hamet and Steve Baldwin ..... I'm afraid you won't ever see any of those guys back up abbott because they were either involved in what went down or were party to what was going down.
Steve and Laurent became involved because, when abbott committed fraud and declared I wasn't the owner of Nexus (at that time), they were being asked as Millennium representatives to accept abbott's declaration and green light the change in ownership.
Obviously Steve and Laurent smelled a rat and abbott's plan collapsed and I was rung at home to tell me what had been attempted.

All of those guys know full well what abbott tried to do, and if what I had suggested was false in any way, at least one of those guys would have been on here stating I was wrong.
Only abbott is banned from this site, none of the others ...they are free to write whatever they want, and believe me, if I was lying in any way, Laurent would have no problem at all in coming on here and telling everybody so, as would Steve Baldwin.

And if you think about this logically, what the hell is the reason for me to make it up in the first place???
Truth is, I didn't, and truth is, abbott is a thief but....that doesn't bring an end to this situation and it can be bought to an end if abbott sends me an email, first of all admitting to what he has done in terms of attempted theft and of personal insult (the 'father' comment) and then he has to unreservedly and unconditionally apologise for these.

I will then post it up on here and the matter will be closed ...but....if there is one hint of attempted justification or trying to impose conditions then all bets off are off and this will never end for abbott.

While the whole nexus stealing thing has been "public knowledge" for some time, if I may ask, what has happened recently to bring these things back to light?

The first thing that pops into my head is him trying to replace you as head of the Fed by telling the other members such BS again.
