Buying second hand is great. You'll get a gun thats been broken in and hopefully it will be in good condition. Like others have said second hand guns in your budget are also in a different league to a spyder. The only problems with having your first gun second hand is maintenance and warranty. I'd go to your local shop and ask them to kindly go over cleaning and maintaining your marker. Once you have a basic knowledge you can start fiddling about and you will soon get the hang of it :)

I've had a look on the sales area on this and everything does get sold pretty quickly, so cant see to much avalible at the moment, was a Proto on there that looked promising but already gone :(

What about the Proto SLG?

I think I've posted this in about five newbie forum threads now, but, in the unlikely event that they STILL have some left, you can grab the same Proto SLG UL that was for sale there for the same price straight from them :p

Coupon is on their twitter page, link in this thread, http://www.p8ntballer-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=121395

To be honest, even at full price it's a fairly good marker, sure it's a sear tripper, but it's still a good marker for the price. Don't let the fact that's it's only in the 200 bracket put you off, it's a great marker even at full price :)

(Really quiet for a sear tripper too)

Edit - Just realised I said the same thing three times :p
