Mornin' all :)

Right ive had a change of heart about my marker, i make a mistake and bought all the stuff without reading into it. which ive now done and im sending my marker back which is an Eros-E, in replacement for something like a Spyder RS?

Would this be a wise move? ive looked on a few websites and everyone seems to rate the Spyder for a beginner and as i only want to spend £100-150 on the marker alone. ive been looking on justpaintball.co.uk at the markers but anyone know any other good sites that are UK based?

Man if you've got £100-£150 to spend on a marker, buy second hand from here! You can pick up some awesome stuff far better than both guns.

Secondhand Ion £80,spyder ok for holding down a newspaper on a windy day.
If you want to play at a higher level, look to higher spec guns..Ion is a very good marker for the price, plenty of expertise on them and cheap for spares and upgrades...;)

£150 would get some good stuff 2nd hand.

SFT shocker (make sure it has the high effeciency ups)
Epiphany
some of the Proto Matrix (PM) series - a good PMR, or PM6/7
EGO5 (maybe an 06 if your lucky)
ETEK1 (stock ones have gone for around your top end)

some of these will give you some very good marker for your money - far more than any spyder.....

Argh its a confusing life for a newbie! i shot myself in the foot though as i stupidly got all the stuff before spending time on here. which i know was a mistake.

So you all think the best bet is to scout around on here for a gun rather than buy new? as i am completely new to this i want to make sure im doing it right!

So look for something along the lines of a Ion or PM range?

This forum is awesome. Done a lot of business and always had good deals.. Although there's plenty of gear to be had on here there is also plenty of knowledge as well. Quite a few on here have played for 15 years or more. Ask away dude.:D
