Pluss the oil should help keep the bolt off the boddy ever so slightly i would of thought, im not sure but if im wrong tell me,could you use some eclipse greas or is it just a wast of time , i only just thought about it i have not tried it .
You won't see a difference with an acetal bolt. If anything, greasing it will make it wear more.

To the OP, you can always mill yourself a new acetal bolt, it's hardly as if it's hard to machine.

The bolt should only be lubed with a light coat of eclipse oil, any type of grease shouldn't be used on the bolt.

Thanks , the only thing i could think that the greas could do is cause the bolt to dragg.

Yeah milling a bolt is pretty easy, more to the point if there is an insert to go with it you may be able to ditch the o-rings?

That would be fun, although i dont think it is worth loosing a marker over because it will break straight away.

You could take the orings off anyway.
Plenty of other bang valve guns have no orings on the bolt it doesnt do much.
