robbo was not useing a credit card as he thought he was trying to pay with his BUS PASSSo what did you all get up to on a Friday night?
Let me tell you about mine................ One of my oldest pals (in age and length of time I have known him) calls me up yesterday and says Pipes curry tonight my and my wife you and your lady, OK mate that would be great. We meet at the resturant and we have a great night some good conversations about the old days and some good food. Then the bill comes............ I got this mate says my old mate..... Awesome thanks pal that's really nice of you......... Waiter comes in goes his card...... declined.... try again....... so the waiter does another 4 times.......... All to the same end DECLINED........ So I have to get my credit card out again and step in (yes this has happened before) and I end up paying......... So a night out on my mate costs me money!!!! You know who your mates are!
Now some of you maybe wondering who this mate is well let me describe him........ He has tattoo's and bald head and runs a Paintball Web Site in the UK....... His name is ROBBO!
SO thanks for a great night mate we must do it again soon......... When I have paid off this bill!

Hmmm, perhaps we won't invite him on the 6th June. Anyway, where was my invite? I only live down the road, and the wife had fcuked off to Marbella for the weekend. I had to go to ladies of the pole and downloaded 150 sheets into some Ukrainian's klunge (or rather the w*nk bank).

Reminds me of a meal I went for years ago with my at the time girlfriends family at the local turkish restaurant. The time came to pay the bill and the girlfriends father says he'll pay. He whips out his Company American Express Card (He runs his own business) which the waiter dutifully takes away only to bring back 5 minutes later. The waiter tells us they don't accept American Express. We point out the big "We accept American Express" sticker on the front door and window.....the American Express tray they brought the bill on, and brought the card back on. And the "American Express Accepted Here" sticker by the waiters serving station. They then admitted their American express machine didn't work. Luckily I had cash on me.
