I guess it must now be the time where all the countrys we hammered get their own back and rape us for every penny we have robbed from them for years.

I have always said stuff the Euro stuff Europe, keep Britain British, we dont need the cack thats made elsewhere anyways, our tiny little country can and will produce the best products in the world like we done for many many years then just gave away the ideas for or sold out patents for.

Most top inventions were invented or thought up by the British then built elsewhere so they could cream more money in. Even things the Americans claim to have invented were thought up by a British person over there.
You're not much of a historian or economist, are you?

Paint Prices have been rising it just you the end user just hasnt seen the affect yet as the hike hasnt been large enough to affect the retail pricing yet, but you will find if anyone sells very high end paint like Evil or Cyclone expect to be paying £35+ for it. I should imagine planet have been nursing the exchange rate impact for a long time, the dollar dropped dramatically from at one point being past 2 to what it is now.

Fortunately there is at least one paintball producing company in the good old UK of Englandshire.
Powerball sell sterling paint in pounds sterling.

British manufacturing still is the best in the world.
Buying from overseas may have been the lazy and cheap route until now.
But its biting back.

Also buying british helps you support your country without being a massive racist like chrizwheatley ;)

I think we as ballers are in some way to blame for ever increasing prices, take the car industry for a great example of this at the moment.

Cars now are alot cheaper because people are holding onto there money, thus forcing the prices back down.

So think of it this way, if people stop buying markers etc because they can't justify the current prices, this inturn will surely force the same market situation and force retailers to drop prices.

But even they have to buy raw materials with dollars. Hence their prices have also increased recently.
Yeah, thats the same for everyone and I accept that paint production is alot more about material costs than marker production.

With the dollar exchange rate the way it was a year ago, powerball were clearly compettitive.

Looking now at the pounds value, compared to almost every other paint company, their labour costs have remained the same, where others may see a 100% increase.

That means they can either sell the paint for less, make more profit on what they sell, or sell better quality paint for the same price.

I wouldnt blame them for doing any of the above.
At the end of the day im proud of any UK company who pull their finger out and get stuff made here in the UK.

Hijacking Balf's datas
That's £439.45 including VAT.:)
  that cheap
Suddenly the angel a1 looks very nice. :D
Apart from teh new magno internals and the shiny milling of the fly and other various versions, it's not had to change for 2 years, and I can see it not having to change it's design any time soon, it works well, why change it :)
Other thing............... No subsitute for quality and quality costs!
Aye, about £439.45  :D

Anyway I'm rambling, back to the point £1400 for just the gun  you could get 2 full A1 setups for that price, mask, bottle, hopper, pack the works, and have change to get a pint and a bag of crisps

yes it's new and shiny, but I can't honestly see how they justify a £1400 price tag.
