i'd make sure my children/family wanted for nothing.
But doesn't that seem sort of irresponsible? Bringing kids up with everything they could ever want, so they don't understand how others feel when they don't get what they need, don't understand how to use their money responsibly, and don't understand the consiquences(sp?) of wasting cash.

Of course, that would only really happen if the remaining parent was lax and the children were very young, but it just sounds like an instant recipe for spoilt brats who never grow up.

if i was in their position i would keep all the money to myselve, she admitted she was doing it for them and theyve got it now, end of. no matter how much we dont like it, me included, we can do f*** all about it now.

plus, the minute they give one bit away to some organisation, another organisation will be asking for some etc etc down the line, then when they dont give they will get slandered for it (by the media, how did i guess ). so keep it i say, thats what i would do!! theyve got it now and saves any hassle.

anybody who doesnt agree with me.....next time you win the lotery tell me when you donate half of your millions  ill have a bit.....

but if i win, no one gets any :p
