With regard to the idea of Trentham Gardens I mentioned earlier, its only a 10 minute bus ride from right outside the train station to the doorstep of gardens, so your taxi skills might not be required just yet mate!

I'll have a lift from my house its raining though......you can get real wet in 3 mins if its that fine rain

as i have said earlier in the thread its a great idea.

as for the £10 entry fee , i personally think its fair because any other shows/conferences i have been to i have come away with goodie bags stuffed with free stuff , from keyrings , stickers or discount vouchers.

i aint saying the trade stands will give freebies away but maybe this post could encourage it

I'm just glad and excited (in fact, getting quite giddy) about this. I've been harping on about such an event for - well - ever.

In fact, if I can help out in any way - I will (I'll be there either way). Even if it's just to make Bully's tea or holding Robbo's coat .

Please let me know Steve - as, like I said, this has been a long time coming - and I, for one, can't wait!

Oh yes, goodie bags are a must for these kind of things, I always run out of cheap pens and lolipops!
