if he wants to try it then get intouch with the site i work at, www.battlestations.co.uk its the only low impact paintballing site in the country for kids of that age group.
he wants to start paintball now, but i aint getting him a marker
he will be happy enought with the sites tippy's, but then he has no idear whats out there, so to him a 98 is the best thing ever. lol
8 and up? when he's old enough i'll get him there but how would you get insurance for that..... o and by the way paintball target; the link to battlestations.co.uk doesn't work
If you want to start having shoot outs in the back garden just turn down the velocity loads so you can still have lots of fun without him getting hurt and then never wanting to pick up a marker again.
after persuasion from my parents, after my brother did an exelent saftey "test" on paintball, he is allowed to fire my marker when he gets some goggles; which will be after my birthday when he will get hand me down proto el's
They had the complete setup including small size supair bunkers.
They just set it up in their front garden but they live in the US where the laws are alot different...
Some things to bear in mind:
Adults cannot hide behind miniature bunkers.
Getting owned by kids can be embarrasing.
Even the low impact toys still sting. Especially getting shot unexpectedly.
