personaly the only way you are going to get into a sport is if you play it ! just like football if you didnt play it at such a young age then i would of thought there wouldnt be as many followers !
paintballing is the same but atm most people dont no that it is a accual pro sport !

of course you can ! that like saying you cant ride a motorcross bike at a young age but i was riding at 4 years old ! and i think that is more dangours that paintballing !
but it is not the same thing you could ride a bike on any land you have permission to but in paintball you cannot set up you own site in your back garden (talking to the majority). and sites have minnimum age limits due to insurance

yes but there is nothing stopping you taking your little one to some woods that never get used and having a little game is there ?

and you dont always have to play a game nothing stopping you setting up a few targets in the back garden is there until there old enough !

but having it advertised to be on setanta, sky sports and other sporting chanels of that nature cannot possibly not do a difference.
Skateboarding is on at 1am
BMX at 2am
beach volleyball at 3am
etc etc

Just exactly what time slot do you think Paintball would get, and realistically, how many viewers actually stay up to watch these existing sports?

TV is a no go
Paintball is a fringe "sport"
We can't organise the rules, discipline, divisions, formats, governing body, or costs. Unless Robbo proves me wrong:)
So explain to me why we get any new players at all?

The sooner people accept that paintball is "just" a game and it should be enjoyed "first and foremost", then maybe we'll attract new players to have a laugh and enjoy it:rolleyes:
