I had the same problem, friends could loog on way before i did, to solve the problem i refreshed my link to my isp or so the computer told me...

I right clicked my wan connection and went diagnose and repair... and it worked !!

mike is currently using pipex as his ISP... has any other users on here had similar problems? he's still not got on here through his home laptop...

I've just managed to get on, by using Erics advice and adding the "#" and a space before the numbers in that line.

One of the issues I found is that a while ago to help some people access the site, they were advised to add this line

"83.138.155.160 www.p8ntballer-forums.com"

to

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"

This line is no longer valid

This file can be opened in notepad and if you see a line like the above referring to P8ntballer all you need to do is put a "#" at the beginning of the line, save the file and restart your browser

Don't forget the space after the hash.

I couldn't get on either as quickly as others could.
From the page reading the message advised by the OP I logged out,deleted cookies,deleted the link from "my favourites" and then googlesd 8nt again,logged on relisted as a favourite and all has been ok since.
And no I'm not with Pipex,thank god..
Might help some...
