Do you use the stock board ?
If yes, just try to reset the board (just wait something like 2min without any batterie on the board)
Stock dwell setting are really enough to play well.
Else try a new batterie or check if your reg pressure is between 170 and 200psi (but NOT more)
If you can t fix it or if you don't know how to fix it, don't try anything and send back your gun to your retailer.

Phil did you send it away or is it fixed? If not bring it on sunday and put my front grip on it with the stock board, takes seconds to try (1 little screw) and see if that works, if it does then its somik to do with the board 
and or the settings of the board. Im assuming he hasnt upped the dwell enough.Phil did you send it away or is it fixed? no worries, at least it works now

cool, easily done mate.
A paperclip is a handy thing to have in your spares kit to take out, store and put back the check valve. Just bend it, and never lose one again
