This might sound silly, but have you screwed your tank all the way in ?

i have replaced the ups with the stock parts (exept board) and still have the same problem

Have you tried the stock board to see if it works properly ?

Right so when you gas it up, it vents air down the barrel?

Edit: also you say yakuza board? They make one for the mini?

sorry i havnt been on for a few days i have been in amsterdam.

its a tadao board not a yakuza my bad

and there are no leaks on the gun at all the problem is that when you fire the bolt moves forward a small amount and stops then the next shot it moves a bit further and so on and so forth until it stays fully forward the bolt doesn't return after any shot

May I ask what your dwell setting is please with the tadao board? Also have you adjusted the marker by the back cap yet?

i will check the setting and get back to you but i have tried the back cap setting

dwell was at 8 set it to 12 and the bbolt operated first time but had no air left to check properly i will try it again with air and update you

Yea we set our dwell quite high on the stock boards and they run well (ask Gassy) so Im just assuming yours is set too low.

Whats the dwell range on the tadao? Stock board is 0 - 38 (i think) for example, I set mine to 35.

the bolt is moving a bit more freely now but not returning back fully or very quickly and its using a hell of alot of air is sending it to kee the best bet as i am getting frustrated with it now?
