Now i appreciate it has taken a long time to get these jerseys printed but i have done everything i can apart from fly to germany to get these jerseys to you as quickly as i could, we have paid for the 2 jerseys that were raffled to auction as well as i have told Lump that i will arrange to get your GWC goggle straps printed for free as soon as they are happy with the samples they have received to make up for the delay in the order. I can quite happily show anyone that wants to see them email exchanges and skype exchanges chasing your order showing that we havent purposly delayed your order. Finally if you had gone direct to JT you would have paid 69.90 euros and could have still had these issues as they have been caused by JT, i did the discounted price as a favour for you.

why could you not have pm me yesterday with the tracking number for today's delivery ?Finally you have an issue tomorrow ring apc (direct logistics ltd) with reference number 9043631, this is the revised tracking number for the saturday delivery.

James i really feel for you in this situation. and i believe you are just sat in the middle of a mess. but it is up to you to short this mess.No Dusty the other orders that were delayed have been offered custom headbands that are getting designed at the moment, i offered these to Lump as i was aware you guys were after them but he told me you had already sorted headbands so i made a special allowance and have arranged to get the goggle straps done.
I do apologise for this whole affair as it has taken longer then it should have done but it has been based on trust with JT/Tanked on order updates etc which i have relayed to yourselves but it doesnt as you have said change anything and it does fall on our head and as such we are sorry.

They cannot be expected to produce shirts out of nowhere. Admittedly their communication on their part was not the best, leading to the annoyance here, but then the communication out of germany wasn't exactly brilliant either, but i fail to see how shouting at JCS is going to help when it has been stated, maybe not on this thread, even before james posted that the problem was not with JCS but the company doing them in germany - infact i believe i stated that we canceled one order because it took to long and there were no answers coming from GERMANY not jcs.
I also find it hilarious that we cannot "flame" other companies but its ok for the mods to flame them. I have had a problem with a certain company that a mod who has been "flaming" here is connected with and if i had come on here acting like people on here have been i would have been banned, yet they can come on here and flame all they like. A bit of consistency would be nice.

My point was not that being a mod does not give you a right to air your views, just the matter in which it is being done. They should be setting an example, after all they are mods....So what does being a Mod have to do with it? Are we not paying customers?
Believe me we don't get special treatment when we go to any company. If you have a problem with a company it is perfectly fine to air your views. The manner in which you air your views however is a different story. If it is deemed to be rude or belligerent then it will be deleted, the same as with ANY post in ANY section of this forum. We as Mods, all have day jobs, we all work for our money, and we don't get paid to be Mods. Our money is every bit as hard earned as yours, and we have exactly the same rights as consumers.
James, on behalf of JCS has come on and given some further explanation, obviously out of office hours and that gesture alone shows that he IS dealing with it, and he DOES feel bad. He has apologised on behalf of JCS and in my book thats fine. Had this information, or lack thereof from JT to James, been conveyed a couple of weeks ago, we would all have been satisfied.
As far as being the middle man works, unfortunately thats not how any business operates. If you go to a restaurant and get a bad meal do you take it up with the farmer who supplied the meat? or the vendor who supplies the salad? no, you take it up with the restaurant manager or the head waiter. If you buy a car from a garage and it breaks down, who is your first port of call? the manufacturer? no, you go back the showroom you bought it from.
This is NOT a dig at James, as I have stated in my book James has done the best he can for now, and has conveyed that adequately.
