Right as i did mention to Lump yesterday nobody would be in the office today as we have been running an event, Your jerseys were sent out yesterday along with Nothern Exposures by APC, this is the first notice i have had that they havent delivered, i will be ringing them now to find out why they failed to deliver and tell them they must be there tomorrow and have them redirect to your home address. Yes they did come in earlier this week but i was off the early part of this week till yesterday and i sent them as soon as i knew they were in. Now i appreciate it has taken a long time to get these jerseys printed but i have done everything i can apart from fly to germany to get these jerseys to you as quickly as i could, we have paid for the 2 jerseys that were raffled to auction as well as i have told Lump that i will arrange to get your GWC goggle straps printed for free as soon as they are happy with the samples they have received to make up for the delay in the order. I can quite happily show anyone that wants to see them email exchanges and skype exchanges chasing your order showing that we havent purposly delayed your order. Finally if you had gone direct to JT you would have paid 69.90 euros and could have still had these issues as they have been caused by JT, i did the discounted price as a favour for you.
Firstly you are coming across as being overly aggressive over the whole affair. Our contract of sale is neither with the courier, nor with JT but with JCS, so it is not OUR responsibility to chase anything up.

You are being paid for a service which has taken God only knows how long. I am sure your gesture of the goggle straps is appreciated however that doesn't take away from the fact that JCS as a company (literally) failed to deliver. Is everyone who ordered a jersey getting a strap?

On the flip side of that, at least at this point you have updated us with information, which is better than no information at all. We have waited this long, so another couple of days isn't gong to matter at this point.

Lets not turn this into JCS witch hunt chaps, really what good is it going to do?

Well it was pointed out several times that it wasn't actually JCS's fault.

Everybody who had ordered shirts had this problem.

They cannot be expected to produce shirts out of nowhere. Admittedly their communication on their part was not the best, leading to the annoyance here, but then the communication out of germany wasn't exactly brilliant either, but i fail to see how shouting at JCS is going to help when it has been stated, maybe not on this thread, even before james posted that the problem was not with JCS but the company doing them in germany - infact i believe i stated that we canceled one order because it took to long and there were no answers coming from GERMANY not jcs.

I also find it hilarious that we cannot "flame" other companies but its ok for the mods to flame them. I have had a problem with a certain company that a mod who has been "flaming" here is connected with and if i had come on here acting like people on here have been i would have been banned, yet they can come on here and flame all they like. A bit of consistency would be nice.

But as stated weeks ago, JCS are simply the middle man. And yes i agree that the agreement/sale was made with them. All the JCS badmouthing hasn't been fair, JCS aint a massive company (3 office employee's, John, James and Zara with James taking the brunt of the barrage from us).

It will take time for James to get onto the forums, reply to email etc. He has apologized, and offered to pay for the GWC straps. So lets leave the JCS bashing at here lads please.

I look forward to seeing your guys stuff, it should be sweet :)

No Dusty the other orders that were delayed have been offered custom headbands that are getting designed at the moment, i offered these to Lump as i was aware you guys were after them but he told me you had already sorted headbands so i made a special allowance and have arranged to get the goggle straps done.

I do apologise for this whole affair as it has taken longer then it should have done but it has been based on trust with JT/Tanked on order updates etc which i have relayed to yourselves but it doesnt as you have said change anything and it does fall on our head and as such we are sorry.

Do you not think after the complete bollox you have made of this affair that ringing lump or checking your couriers website to see if they had been delivered might have been in order,but then again JCS don't do communication do they !

I suppose the worlds courier companies could have a vendetta out against JCS and have decided to loose any parcel going to or from elsham,or elsham could be the UK's bermuda triangle.
Strange how Destiny Raptures shirts were also lost in transit by UPS and they had to be reprinted aswell.

To be honest I don't care if I lose my mod powers for this but this seems more than appropriate for the SH*T JCS are shovelling us.

James my main problem thought has been the complete lack of communication from JCS. and as you are the first point of contact you have taken the brunt of it. i can not recall getting a call or a pm without being prompted. i am the customer and i have not felt like that. i and have had to relay information as i have had it. so when people ask " have you heard any thing " what am i to say ?

Finally you have an issue tomorrow ring apc (direct logistics ltd) with reference number 9043631, this is the revised tracking number for the saturday delivery.
why could you not have pm me yesterday with the tracking number for today's delivery ?

dont see why all the animosity directed towards JCS? James has explained what has happened. ::)

James i really feel for you in this situation. and i believe you are just sat in the middle of a mess. but it is up to you to short this mess.

Ok ill address a few points, Gassy the reason all the jerseys including yours, destiny rapture and northern exposure were reprinted is i am guessing all these orders came within a week of each other so at a guess i would have to confirm this with JT/Tanked they were shipped from the factory to there head office together - this is were they got lost in the first matter and it wasnt till two weeks of me chasing for an order update did i find out this. i am not saying there is some vendetta against JCS by the global community of couriers, i have no tracking number or anything for that so i cannot confirm nor deny what they are telling me. When i was finally sent the jerseys i had the tracking number and passed it to lump, frostie and shaunyboy as they can all confirm that UPS had the parcel in the uk for at least 3 or 4 days before it finally landed with me, i will then admit they werent sent out straight away as they had sat on my desk and i wasnt in. But they were sent out with Shaunyboys jerseys yesterday. Also as i did tell Lump yesterday i wasnt in the office today, nobody was the office was closed as we were running an event off site for 146 members of staff for a bank and as such was in no position to ring apc to check. The first i heard of the delivery not turning up was the message on here.

Lump i know i havent been forth coming with information but in part is because i have never had much to give, all information i received and i forwarder to you when i found out, this again is all post event stuff and something that will need to be addressed betweens us and JT for future custom jersey orders.

this is all i will say as we could go round in circles for ever, im sorry i never sent you the tracking reference yesterday but like i said i have never had an issue with APC before they have always delivered on time and as such saw no need to.

So what does being a Mod have to do with it? Are we not paying customers?

Believe me we don't get special treatment when we go to any company. If you have a problem with a company it is perfectly fine to air your views. The manner in which you air your views however is a different story. If it is deemed to be rude or belligerent then it will be deleted, the same as with ANY post in ANY section of this forum. We as Mods, all have day jobs, we all work for our money, and we don't get paid to be Mods. Our money is every bit as hard earned as yours, and we have exactly the same rights as consumers.

James, on behalf of JCS has come on and given some further explanation, obviously out of office hours and that gesture alone shows that he IS dealing with it, and he DOES feel bad. He has apologised on behalf of JCS and in my book thats fine. Had this information, or lack thereof from JT to James, been conveyed a couple of weeks ago, we would all have been satisfied.

As far as being the middle man works, unfortunately thats not how any business operates. If you go to a restaurant and get a bad meal do you take it up with the farmer who supplied the meat? or the vendor who supplies the salad? no, you take it up with the restaurant manager or the head waiter. If you buy a car from a garage and it breaks down, who is your first port of call? the manufacturer? no, you go back the showroom you bought it from.

This is NOT a dig at James, as I have stated in my book James has done the best he can for now, and has conveyed that adequately.

My point was not that being a mod does not give you a right to air your views, just the matter in which it is being done. They should be setting an example, after all they are mods....

My point is that the manner in which JCS has been slated, not just in this thread but in others, too me from what i remember is crazy, now if we had started a thread on another company that we have had problems with in the manner of some of these posts (again from memory cant be arsed to read 10 pages of pbn style slating to find an example) you can bet your bottom dollar that it would be locked and deleted quicker than you can say but...

You have every right to complain as much as the other members on here. However when it comes to slating a company surely the mods must have some restraint and not join in with the pitchfork wielding members.

ok there was little communication after that and perhaps james should have said that he was away the week when they arrived with him.
