Isnt JCS mate, its JT europe that manufacturer them, our second batch went in it about the same time. They are very busy apparently.

The problem is JCS as they said a 2-3 week turn round and should not make promises they cannot keep.
JCS provided the service to the GWC and we will be paying them not the german company.

Understandably busy but JT europe should atleast indicate to JCS that there is a delay. Otherwise JCS have to that the fall for JT's delay. Have you, Destiny, contact them, is there backlog so orders havn't been processed or does it just take this long to make them?

We have never been told 2-3 weeks. We were told to expect 4-5 weeks, and that was depending on how busy they were. JCS are just the middle man in this case.

We had contact through James at JCS about 3-4 weeks ago telling us they were very busy. Nothing since then as I know of. Eric may/probo will know more than me though

4-5 weeks does not equal two months. JCS are making the profit, so they are the ones accountable to us. When you buy a car and have a problem or a delay, you go to the dealer, not the factory the car is assembled in.
