Bought my Droid from Jcs and wont be using/recommending them in the future myself.

It arrived unserviced (covered in mud!!!) with not a part/spare/manual in sight (i know it was an ex team marker but when your buying from the uk dealer you do expect better service than you would from forum classifieds).

They do answer the phone and you will get promises it will be sorted (now 3 weeks and counting).:rolleyes:

If it makes you feel any better,mine was also covered in mud and it looked like it had been dragged through a heap of gravel,it was scratched up to F#%k:mad:

Also i have a couple of spare droid o-ring kits coming in from the usa sometime in the near future;)

got to admit i an,t happy with lack of service from JCS been waiting for them to get back to me about hopper spairs for over 3week,s
given up trying now

I last spoke/pm'd Lump on the 19/5 in reply to his pm and advised him that there had been an issue with the initial design work, as Dan will tell you if anyone wishes to clarify with him.

Now i have been chasing JT regarding the printing of the jerseys and i am just waiting for an answer back as to what is taking so long and when i will expect them here.

I apologise for the delay but i have replied to all the PM's sent to me regarding the status of this order, answered all questions asked my tony at Fatbobs etc. If anyone needs to check the status then my email address is james@jcs-sport.co.uk - i only know about pms if i log into the account and i dont check everyday, also it is a open account in the office so various people here log into the account so if i havent replied to a pm its possibly because i havent read it.

Again i do apologise for the delay in the order and to anyone else that hasnt had a1 service, we are very busy with both paintball and non paintball related business and as such somethings don't always get sorted straight away.

If anyone is still waiting for an answer on something then please email me to james@jcs-sport.co.uk and i will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours
