So what field would all you guys like to see?
Not to be a stickler here but wasn't THIS the question Rob asked?

All feedback regarding the field greatly appreciated.

From the posts I've read, the road up to the site now sounds like a full-on 4x4 track! It's not bad at all to be perfectly honest.... I can cruise down there at a fairly "manly" speed without grounding etc and so can a lot of my buds in lowered motors etc (including the Revolt lads in there modded car). If you chill down it, there's no worries at all, there's no rush, and if you check all the way down in front of you BEFORE you get halfway down, you can actually see all the way to the corner before you get there (and vice versa) so I don't think passing-places are essential. There is a farmer's gate halfway down where I've passed cars before too, so that's all ya need really.

Car park and other signs are easy enough to sort though.

Already said it and will say it again.

X Ball.

Not just because its different to the one you have Rob, but you can move your dye field about to try whatever you need. With Xball, you can learn to play xball and learn all the new stuff that goes with it. Especially considering with the PA you only get to play 5man once if you win. Xball and the mentality and fitness that goes with it will make you stronger players very quickly. And being an absolute Xball veteran, champion and all round fighting machine, I'm sure we could teach you all you'll need to know.

In fact, everyone could learn from us.

We are awesome!!

I'm with the Woods. X-Ball all the way baby.

Now i know it can be played on any ole field, but theirs nothing like standing their ready to break out and seeing the massive X right infront of you. Kinda makes you feel like you've made it to the top.

Then Joy smack the smile right off your face a second later, but it still rules!! :D

4K does sound a lot, but for the different style of field it'd be worth it.

Oh and having a filed set up thats going to be the same as your next event is all well and good, but you can only learn so much. Even though you'll get field layouts and they'll all probably be measured out and everything, they're never exactly the same as the one at the event. When we played EXL everyone got the layout like a month early. Sure you could plan stuff out but when you got to the event and got in the snake all of a sudden that bad ass blind shot you had in training isn't thier anymore. All because the bunker was like 4 inches out. Now I know it gives you an idea, but don't think that it'll be an exact copy, no matter how much you copy the diagram!!!!

X-BALL FTW

Millennium Man

Manchester Outlawz
well i think we have decided that we are going to get a 5 man field consisting of 19 bunkers and then get a unique centre piece for the field.
we will use it to as a training field for the masters and other events. and also run X-Ball format on this 1, There will also be good clean air and new fill stations inside the new large pit area to make everything run nice a smooth.
Having the 2nd field will mean we can then rest the millennium field and look after the ground as we are wanting to get new soil down and reseed.

This we are hoping will all be done for the 1st 3man event on July 13th.

Heres hoping
