Also never ever EVAR use steralised milk, yes, yes it lasts longer but whole milk gives a better colour consistency and gives the perfect taste to biscuits. Also, adding to the correct brewing technique, once the tea is stirred with said teaspoon - pour the milk over the back of the spoon to bring it gently to the correct temperature of the tea before it hits the mix.

British tea making - best in the world.
milk wise its got to be gold top or cravendale

You have all got it wrong, my way of making tea as follows;

1. Feel thirsty
2. Put on Kettle
3. Leave for a minute
4. Wife sorts it
5. Refreshing Drink

I may run a Tea Service Clinic at Campaign....

...if Ledz lets me out of the Planet tent for long enough.

And Tommy, too late - Tyler is already helping me serve tea. Even though an Ego is taller than him, with a tank and barrel on.

He's a gentleman tea server in training.

:)

Serving Tea - Shelley Style

Shelley

Looking at your MySpace page, your left arm is almost in the perfect position for holding the saucer.

I will be serving tea at the Shock clinic the day before the PA, and on the day of the PA I will run a Tea Service clinic alongside the event, as well as fixing guns for So Manc and chatting to my good friends, the UK Refs.

All are welcome at the clinic - no charge, just bring a cup, saucer, and your marker of choice.

If all goes well, I will offer another free clinic at Campaign - just drop by the Eclipse tent for info.

I may also be serving tea at the Jax NPPL event, if Dave Zinkham lets me.

:)
