Get a stadium truck, buggies tend to have nasty understeer if you don't set up your camber/toe-in/suspension up properly. Traxxus make some good stuff. If you can maintain a marker you can defo maintain an rc car (if you were worried about that). Plus, the nitro fuel is fun to play with if you aren't a responsible person

Nitros are fun..but then so are battey buggies.
I used to race battey powered ones and had a little off road buggy the was worth a fortune...had carbon fibre chasis and body parts, a very expensive 'cyclone twister' motor, racing grade speed controller etc...but the heart was in the special batteries that were computer matched.
It used to absloutely rocket around the track...
Only problem with a set up like that.....your looking at about £500+

Not the cheapest around but do have some good deals on now and again. If you want speed you need a nitro car as these tend to be a quite a bit quicker than electric.
The Hyper 7 is a great buggy with a naughty .28 engine thrown in.
Best £225 you can spend.
yer they are like the best cars you can get for the mony and you can race them and have a good chance of winning but id look at http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/ you could get a good deal plus its like this forum if you need help they will try there best to help you
