Ridiculous JT Lense question

I feel like a bit of a div. asking this, but I've got a new JT frame and lense, but I'm not strong enough to get the plastic lense bits through the frame.

It says not to use metal tools (obviously) but is there anything else I can use or in general an easier way of doing it?

start with the nose piece. always put that in first, once you have those two clips in move then onto the two either side, one at a time, once you have got them in move then onto the two either side of middle on the top and then finally just push with all your might to get the last top middle in.

I tried starting with the nose bit, I can't get it to clip together...damnit.

bend the mask so the top of the nose bit is at a point and jam it up into the indent in the lense, then get the sides of the mask around the lense and stretch it on, then you can just push on either side of the tabs and itl go on.

As the others say, start with the nose. But I lick the small plastic bit that sticks out of the lense, (sound stupid but it lubes it and makes it easier to slide in to the frame) Plus put in one side of the clip first, then the other. (gives you leaverage)

When you have finished the JT try a dye i3/pro and then you will know real pain
