Ok cool - just curious as most boards have PSP mode as 1st 3 shots semi, then 3 shots per pull up to ROF cap with sustain at 5bps - which is not millennium compliant as there can be no more than 2 shots per pull and sustain is at 6bps.

Ok so I thought, maybe Ive got this wrong, so Im double checking the rules and the Millennium say

Players may use a single .68 caliber paintball marker, which consists of a single barrel
and a single trigger system. Double-action triggers are prohibited. Markers will be
limited to 15 balls per second, defined as no two consecutive shot maybe timed shorter
than 65ms apart. Trigger activation may be stored for up to 100ms after trigger pull
but must be cancelled on the next trigger activation (this is to allow guns to shoot at
15bps in semi-automatic mode). Ramping of shots will be allowed only once 7.5bps
has been achieved and then the marker may ramp to 15bps only if the 7.5bps is
continually maintained. Once the trigger is released only a single additional shot may
be discharged thereafter.
which isnt even up to date. BUT still it doesnt mention 2 shots per pull. Or am I reading it wrong?

Fear not, I will get an answer!

It's the bit in bold that I highlighted - one additional shot (in addition to the one for the trigger pull), or in plain English (wouldn't that be nice in a rulebook!), two shots per pull.

Just fit THEBETTERONEs delrin roller bearing trigger to my mini and it's fantastic. It removes all the side slop off the stock trigger and feels so much nicer.Fast efficent service from the guy who makes them aswell.

also decreases trigger bounce or 'natural bounce from fast fingers' as some call it to gassy :( i tried it, ask the dude who lent mine at the ionman and complained it was paint hungry!! same as i said to you when you were reffing and checked it for bounce lol :D

Is my Mini V1 or V2?

Is my Mini V1 or V2?

Ripped this from the Nation and adjusted spelling etc :) But its a good guide and I hope it answers some questions.

There is NO V2 Mini!
The Invert Mini and their parts have been improved over the time and there is no V1/V2 cut off.
Ok here is the comparison of the different versions.

There are 3 (three) boards in existence.
Open your front grip and take a look at your board.
"Optimus 1.1" is the older board and some are known to fail and eat battery's.
"Optimus 1.2" is the newer one "aka v2" and you are fine.
Some boards are labelled as "Optimas" not "Optimus". I guess this was a labelling error.
"Optimus 1.4" is even newer, with a couple of updates for current gun rules.

There are 2 (two) types of regulators
V1 has one larger pressure release hole on the bottom of the asa.
V2 has a 4 smaller pressure release holes.

Newer Minis come in a cardboard sleeve instead of the nice case.

Older Minis came with a 600psi gauge, instead of a 300psi gauge.

Even older Minis don't have "the warning text" engraved on the rear of the gripframe.

There are 2 (two) versions of the trigger activation screw (with the HES-magnet)
The old style trigger activation screw had the HES-magnet glued on it's top. The HES-magnet tends to get loose and lost.
The newer version have a brass endcap, screwed on its top, in which the HES-magnet sticks.

There are 2 (two) different mainbodies
The older mainbodies didn't accept all cocker threaded barrels. For example Stainless Steel Freak Back (Pre 2006) and Planet Eclipse Shaft Solo (1-Piece) didn't fit the old body.
The newer mainbody should accept all cocker threaded barrels.
You can't see the difference of the two body generations, they look perfectly identical. You have to try a barrel, know not to fit the V1 body, to determine which version your mainbody is.

There are 2 (two) styles of detents
V1 detents (left in the picture) tends to stuck inside the cover and strip the threads or allen holes, because the detents where to short and the cover to flat.
V2 detents have a rounder cover and longer detent.

There are 2 1/2 (two and a half) poppet types.
De-gas your marker and pull the boltguide out. Screw the backcap out of the boltguide and use an allenkey to push the poppet out of the back of the boltguide.
Inspect you poppet.
The one on the left is the old poppet with the smaller hole. Also notice the diff. in the front seal.

The spring poppet isn't exactly a third gen. poppet. It's a second gen. poppet with a spring and a larger hole (5mm, not 4,5mm) on its backside.

The advantage of the spring poppet is, that it resets itself and saves a picayune amount of air, thus increasing efficiency.
