I have no idea mate, that is for Dusty to sort out. I have proven he agreed to refund the purchase which is why I sent it back to him. His claims of no contact and not agreeing to the refund are the sticking points as I understand it. I really don't want to make a huge issue of this but I will fight my corner.

Unfortunately I have things to do and don't think I'll be online again tonight so if anyone wants to slag me off then please wait for a response. I think I have laid the facts out so far.

Yes you did send it back after almost a fortnight. As for dignity, I DID pm you, then tried again, to be informed your PM box was full. If you had any decency a pm to let me know the parcel was on its way would have been the polite thing to do. the pm with the link to the UKPSF website was never replied to, contrary to how you have laid them out in your post. I also notice the PM you have conveniently left out which gave words to the effect that you had changed your "fickle" mind and couldn't ask me to refund yada yada.

I have also replied to your delightful pm. i have no interest in your toilet habits thankyou all the same. I have told no lies either by the way.

while i have since cleared my inbox and outbox of messages thinking i would never need to refer back to them, i know that the ones you have quoted are far from all the communications you received. I definitely told you to try it and IF you were not allowed to use it, i would happily refund your money.

as mentioned before, I have replied to your delightful PM and i still have some questions which require answers. I will make a point of saving the next few communications, and await with interest your answers.

This is no popularity contest either, because for a start it wouldn't be a contest. It was a measured and well advised decision to post this thread. As I and a few others have mentioned, responding to PM's does not appear to be a strong point of yours.

PS I had offered to post you the Legacy jersey first which you won as well as the Shock one. Clint never got back to me, nor did you with reference to the Legacy Jersey. I gave you the option to wait for both, pay for both, pay for one. surprise surprise no response.

your attitude in some of your posts is blatantly rude and belligerent. I have tried to be civil about the whole fiasco, however i see little need when you respond to people as you do. Prove it prove it, in other words what we know and what we can prove are two entirely different things eh?

I will respond to your pm when I get home tonight, your above post is, again, full of untruths and as I see it pointless. For whatever reason you are searching for ways to avoid a refund, maybe because you know you won't be able to re-sell a non pi bottle?.
As for the pm about my "fickle mind", read the post, I have never denied that, but the pm from you agreeing the refund was sent well after that one so supercedes it.
I really haven't got the time or the energy to bother with this, it should be sorted by pm which is where I will do it from now on, I have made you a very reasonable offer to resolve the issue, the ball is in your court.

Three pages of tit for tat, and all you are doing is providing silly entertainment for fools who are just glad it is you that is being talked about and not them.
I am taking no sides as it is obvious you both have valid points and as such are fighting your corner with vigour.

Dusty, you sold a duel test bottle that is not Pi standard but is perfectly valid for use anywhere in Europe and will be for many years, but Tricky asked if it was Pi.

Tricky, When you got the bottle in your possession and you realised it was not the Pi bottle you asked for you should have sent it back straight away or agreed you would try and sell it on with his agreement that if you was unsuccessful he would purchase it back.

This has just escalated because you are both trying to appear to "win" on here.
Don't play that game, one of you pm the other your phone number and sort it out.

None of you seem to be the sort to have the other over on purpose and I am sure if you take a few minutes and call each other, it will be fine.

thanks for your level headed approach. I feel tricky is being particularly pedantic, basing his argument on the Pi/HSE difference. I genuinely believed them to be the same standard under a different name in much the same way OPEL/Vauxhall are the same thing, with a different name.

I have had hundreds and hundreds of sales, purchases, trades on these forums over the years and the amount of problems and issues i have ever had i can count on one hand. As you say, I am certainly not trying to do anyone out of anything, but when ANYONE tries to back me into a corner ie "i will take this as far as it will go" and "trading standards" I am not going to stand here and accept that. I have done nothing wrong.

Tricky, I certainly am not trying to avoid a refund. The bottle will sell with no problems at all believe me, plenty of people wanted to buy it on your thread. You have manipulated my PM's and kept plenty of contact conveniently to yourself. Perhaps because you had to drop the price of everything in order to sell it you felt somewhat aggrieved? If you wish to start making assumptions go right ahead. As with everything, I sold the bottle in good faith, I offered you a refund in good faith, now i feel you are trying to take advantage almost exactly 3 weeks later.

I am finished with this thread, we can sort this via PM and I will be taking advice from the Mods of this forum, if required my solicitor is merely a phone call away.

I refer you to my post last night asking that this be sorted by PM. I haven't got the time to play these games and am not being pedantic dusty, I just want it sorted.
And Dusty I must take issue with the 3 weeks, as stated in my pm you agreed to the refund on the 11th of feb. I shipped it back on the 18th due to being away for a few days, that is not 3 weeks.
Pm sent and I hope this can be the end of it.

Sorry , last post in here, but could not let that one go! Have you read your first post?, and you call me rude and you civil, you bring up something about a shirt from a year ago and some other crap trying to involve nige in personal attacks! When I say prove it I mean it didn't happen as we both know.

And Russel for info, I have offered to pay for the original postage costs if Dusty refunds the puchase price, that way he has lost nothing and I am £15-20 out of pocket for 2 lots of postage, can I be any fairer than that?, if so please make suggestions.
