Sorry to get involved tricky and I know I shouldn't but what's wrong with the tri label bottle? I know that is not what was advertised but surely it meets your needs of a pi approved bottle?

Just in case anyone else reading this that doesn't know Tricky and wants to step in - I don't care about the bottle but I know him & he is a good bloke and he's not goona be looking to rip anyone off.

It's not a tri label bottle mate, it's a dot and hse, neither of which are pi.

I really do not have a problem except for two things:

1) the fact dusty agreed to the refund and now seems to have gone back on it.
2) He has chosen to tell lies and slander me on a public forum for reasons unknown.

not meaning to add fuel to the fire, but when it was retested by HPAC Pi was the new standard, so wouldn't the bottle have been retested to a Pi standard and that is why Dusty has had no troubles at the MS? Perhaps HPAC could clear this up?

I have no idea mate, that is for Dusty to sort out. I have proven he agreed to refund the purchase which is why I sent it back to him. His claims of no contact and not agreeing to the refund are the sticking points as I understand it. I really don't want to make a huge issue of this but I will fight my corner.

Unfortunately I have things to do and don't think I'll be online again tonight so if anyone wants to slag me off then please wait for a response. I think I have laid the facts out so far.

it just bothers me when you get idiots joining in -

Various people have had issues with him on his for sale thread.

I am not impartial on this as I have looked at it and In my opinion (which is worth no more than anyone elses) you wanted a UK legal airsystem which you received from Dusty.

My opinion is my own and just as you think you are right,I think Jim is right and I will leave it with loeb.
