I'll be leaving a box of sachets with the nice lads at Corrupted, so pop along there if you'd like to give it a try. Please just one per customer, no grabbing handfuls please;)
We're gonna be a popular stand this weekend, biofreeze and heaters. :)

Oh, and theres going to be some of that paintball stuff there. ;)

My missus wants to know does it work on Eyes, lmao

Will let you explain to the dizzy blonde. Seriously though she is coming down when it all moves to Ancaster and she will be having a chat and watching the way you play, (She is another walking stick warrior)

Olly.

What is it actually for, do etc in a non paintball related way?

My Dad was told to use Hirudoid cream on a bruise, so if you can supply that on the cheap I would be interested and if this Biofreeze can help, I would be interested in that too.
He has also done something iffy to his back just recently. I think it sounds like Sciatica, but it did happen after doing some work on a car. At 66 he probably shouldn't be doing that sort of thing though!

My mother has had a hip job done and has one leg slightly shorter than the other so she is quite uncomfortable quite often.

Got anything to help prevent muscle cramps?

Drop me an email at olly.bell@btinternet.com mate and I'll give you any help I can, but basically cryotherapy (cold) works by 'distracting' the sore spot by replacing pain signals with cold signals whilst also helping to reduce inflammation and speed the healing process by increasing blood flow into the area. As for the sciatica, that is one of those terms that tends to be used to cover a range of problems; there are several different things that can cause pain by affecting the sciatic nerve so it's a case of sorting out what's doing that then fixing it. Biofreeze or similar can help with the pain but further treatment may be needed to fix the problem or at least give some relief.
As for cramps, I'm not kidding honest but try a bag of crisps or a bottle of water as lack of electrolytes when excercising can be a factor. Potassium can also help so it's bananas or broccoli (you choose;)) and if you're very prone some vitamin D can help, especially in the winter when the lack of sunshine means your body produces less.

Yeah, I usually down some very salty water before a day balling. It's not that it happens a lot, only once at a tournament, but the worry is there and I don't need to tell you what it feels like when both calves go into spasm at once:eek:

Will drop you an intimate email later matey.
