any more news on venue ? sound very interesting Russ. and should help things along.
At this point all I can say is the sites we are looking at are new to paintball and one of them is a few minutes from junction 14 M6 but we are waiting for planing permission to be confirmed at our preferred site.
We are also talking to other venues but wherever we go to we would like to be sure we can be there for at least three years.

Well done Russel. Sounds like a great series, anyone need a player for an event midway through the year? can provide own balaclava and dodgy accent.......

I have checked the figures I have and most teams used about two boxes per player per day some a lot less.
When you work out how much excitement and field time you get it's a lot of bang for your buck.
One of the best things about Xball is that if you are not even playing the point you will be involved.
Ask all the players who have tried Xball at the PA and I am sure they will tell you to try it.
Don't worry if you are not sure how to go about it, give me a call and I will tell you all you need to know.

I worked out the figure originally from data I got from the paint suppliers and then made the assumption that teams had ten players, most teams had more so the figure should be lower but it is best to over estimate than under.
It is strange when you look at the data in detail in high scoring games we found that paint consumption was low and the opposite in low scoring games.
So the adage used by No Limit rings very true: Win Fast or Lose Cheap:)

When Birmingham Disruption had their record game win of 19 points to nil (in fact they played 20 games but one was a dirty flag so did not count) we worked out they used less than nine boxes in total with some of that paint still being in the packs at the end.
