well nige, our current headbanging aside.
i think it'd be a good idea, many times i have been strung along on sale only to not see the bank transfer i was promised.
repeatedly lowballed, and when i refuse a post along the lines "mrx sold his for xamount, so you have to aswell"
or a negative feedback forum maybe? (similiar premise i know)

I'm not sure banning via IP is viable. If I power cycle my router I get assigned a new one so the only way to ban me would be to ban the whole block assigned to my ISP. Get someone with BT or another big ISP and your potentially banning a whole lot of users

IP banning is not an option really but we have other ways of finding multiple account holders as has been proven on many occassions, just ask Orlando

Anyway, I think a list like that is a really bad plan. It's way too easy to get somebody's name dragged through the mud, just because you don't like somebody.
I say just stick with the plat feedback thing. Far less open to abuse. So just make sure you buy from plats.
As far as selling goes, just don't send anything when payment hasn't been received yet. It ain't rocket science.
