personally I think these "knobbers" if consistently use erbal abuse they should get a ban from their username and email address, stopping them re-register easier.

But seriously. Baaack on topic... I think it can't be for one or two things, and around the same time.. may be family issues, school issues etc. but if it carries on a month or so later after around 15 sales.. Enrole the knobber!
