For the price of a virtue you can get the kit you posted in the first link and benefit from the epiphany rear can aswell as an upgraded board which really does improve the performance of an ion.

The virtue board will do more bps than the black heart but you wont be able to use them unless you get other upgrades to enable you to (qev/bolt etc). Even then the chances of you ever having the chance to shoot over 15bps are slim to none.
