Planet Piper away from you freaks!
Whats to explain.

I understand the rule, i think its a pointless rule but thats just my opinion. People aren't as dull as you think they are Andy. There's too many ways around it.

I was, im not sure if you got this the first time around, merely looking for clarification regarding platinum classifieds.

So im not sure what you think im not getting here but maybe you should look at yourself before you start calling me too thick.

I will tell you why because you and I on loads of occasions have had this same conversation re selling new goods and buying a banner, every Mod on here has stopped people from killing you when you did it every time you posted! So for you to then start getting all what about platnium section is just a waste of time because you already know because we have had the disscusion before! Or have you forgotten all the times?

Stopping them from killing me, please, if little old me can make such a massive dent in their business then they should re think things.

Yes, you and I have had a few conversations in the past about this.

Why i see this rule as pointless :

If joe is selling a DM8 for £800

Lower then any banner holder or shop around here.

He posts up saying its used, to conform to the boards rules.

Trev is interested in this particular gun so ask's for more details, Joe then describes to him the condition of the gun, "well mate its actually brand new" all done via pm.

If you think thats not going to happen....well i'll stop there as i know you know thats going to happen.....do you see my point?

under the fair trading rules and regs U CANNOT dictate the price of new items or you could be in hot water with them just a thought if some one only wants to make just £1 profit on a new item there nothing you can do about it i have the same problem in my buisness

Nobody is dictating a price to anyone, sell for what you want .We can dictate what can and cannot be sold.

pretty much anyone having thought for 3 seconds would agree that is goping to happen, however, p8 kinda have to jump through this hoop to appease the banner payers.

This way, for all intents and purposes, noone on here is undercutting the uk shops who buy banner space in order to shift product. however, we all know its gonna happen but this has to be done to appear proactive against it happening.
