yes they do, but england doesnt have 1 official national anthem, but as we are generally considered the leader of the commonwealth, and united kingdom of great britain, we usually adopt god save the queen.

i have often heard land of hope and glory, and rule brittania, used as englands anthem. wiki says jerusalem aswell.

wiki says jerusalem - i agree there but i do "i vow to thee my country" - awsome song - always love belting that one out alongside jerusalem - its gotta be one of those 2 thats the english national anthem
