try rebuilding it, as far as taking off the shells, and checking all wiring, changing batteries / battery pack

check for pinches in wires, and that the connectors to the board are orientated correctly.

it doesnt turn on, if i press the button for half a second it will spin for half a second, press it for 5 seconds it will spin for 5 seconds etc etc
doesnt actually turn on though

Sounds to me like you're turning it off right away. Just press it the once, let it do the first spin then start hitting the side of the loader to see if it spins again

tried that already mate, it literally doesnt turn on

if i started i wouldnt stop! thats why flip flops are good, they kinda know whats coming if you start untying laces infront of them

It's not being turned on and off again.

What he means is it wont turn on when he presses the button, however, if he holds the button down it will spin constantly until he releases the button.
