If so just take it back to where you bought it from, they might not give you a refund if you try to take it apart, they could just say you broke it yourself whilst taking it apart.

Sounds like a short or something, and if there're no flashing lights at any point it does sound pretty farked.

try this

reloader b problems,

I have recently had similar problems to you. Take the hopper appart. so the board is held in half the shell. take off the red button cover carefully!!. power up switch on. give it 15secs. Blow on the board. The hopper drive should jump into life like a crazy thing. If not you have a board problem. But someone showed me this as an easy test to see if your board is gone.

Either way by opening it up you are also checking for obvious loose connections.
