Shining Glory how can you joke about us cheating when we never picked up one penalty in our game against you yet your team picked up one or two major penalties and as for the few other teams how come you are the first to mention it..........

As i can see you also have a good memory even though it was 2 months ago .The one major penalty we aquired for the day was from one of our guests who had a bouncy gun, but that was spotted before a game.

But thats not the point, I only play this game for a fun filled day out, as long as i can have a laugh with my mates,whether they be in my team or from other teams on the field or off the field, i dont care if i win or lose ,so we take the rough with the smooth,and no one mentions it because it is easier to put it down as one of them things that happens, thats the way of paintball and in life, but does not mean you forget.

Russ i was'nt Flaming this event , it is an excellent game format which puts all teams on parr with each other. Fun filled, but best of all teaching teams skills and improving on skills they have learnt., just wanted to raise some points and concerns.

I'd had a bad day at work so i appologise if any t*****s took this personally. I did not mean to single out any particular t****r, this was a generalised insult for all t*****s, and in no way should be confused with a personal insult on any one t****r or group of t*****s.
I only insult w*****s, a*******s and s*****s, and this was just a mere observation as to the increased confusion created by t*****s as to the simple format of competition that even the w*****s, a*******s and s*****s can understand and participate in cheaply. (assuming that the stupid k***-******s don't buy 8 extra different types of paint to cheat with)

russ has mentioned on another forum that he may run one of these events as a triple challengei.e3 games sup-air 3 woodsball and 3 hyper-ball all in one day know that sounds fun plus all the crap of which is better will go out the window because everybody is catered for bring it on

Because of the very favourable response to this format idea we have decided to give it a run out to find any problems if any we may find.

So the date we have picked is the first Sunday in October (7th) the venue is still to be confirmed but it looks like it will be Nottingham Skirmish and those that have played there before can vouch for the superior set up of the site.
We will be using several sites for this format all based in the midlands (ish) area.

The event is strictly limited to twenty teams only....

Deposits (£50) are required to confirm entry and I will put up a team list as and when we have confirmation.
If you would like to enter please send me a PM with your team name and contact details including your telephone number.
Deposits are returnable on confirmation of Paintball site to be used if it is not suitable for you but as I have said it is 90% Nottingham.

Admittedly I havent kept fully up to date so apologies if this was already addressed.

Will this be a multiformat event (woods, sup, hyper ball) or singular (sup'air)?

Will this be a multiformat event (woods, sup, hyper ball) or singular (sup'air)?

I must admit we have had some ideas to tweak the format but I think we should walk before we start to run so this event will be Sup-air and Hyperball if held at Nottingham and Sup-air only if we use another venue.

We have had some ideas regarding an idea of a mixed format that we may call the Triple Challenge, that would compromise of equal number of games on Sup-Air, Hyperball and Woodland.
The reasoning behind that is it may help the transition (both ways) from Woodland and Sup-Air/Hyperball and may inject more fun into the day.
Those are ideas for the future my only concern from a personal point of view is....... it sounds great and I would want to play it.
I don't think it would be everyones cup of tea so not all events would include a woodland aspect, but some most certainly will.
