Ego wobbly FRM

Problem:

My ego (05) has a wobbly FRM

I've removed the FRM screw multiple times and each time it is still very slighty moving. The FRM o-rings are in the correct way and as far as I can see its alligned fine with the LPR.

Anyone had a similar problem or know what it causing it. I'm going to give planet a call in the morning but until then, any ideas?

The LPR is also slightly movable.

Mine does that as well & tightening screw makes no difference. Doesn't effect the way the Ego shoots in any way, so I've just lived with it.

Would be interested to hear any advice you get from the guys at planet

It sounds like your FRM screw just simply isnt screwed in tight enough. If its as tight as you can get it... Then try and put a little o-ring around the screw, that always seems to do the trick.

wen was the last time you changed th orings
maybe if you change them they will be fatter and so youll get it tighter

I would try changing the three o rings on the frm and the o ring on the lpr chamber there is a slight chance that these o rings have crushed over time. If this does'nt help and you are at the Masters at weekend then bring it over to us and we will have a look. Just ask Wendy were we are and she will let you know.
