From a purely mechanical background (I've got an 05 ego myself, but ignoring that), there are two posibilities here:
a) your FRM screw is wobling within the threads of the body, highly unlikely, but can be solved with a bit of PTFE/teflon tape - could have happened superman-ing and landing on the HPR, or some simialar stress causing the threads to loosen
b) For some weird reason your FRM screw/bolt is butting up against the body before it has reached its full travel. Either add an o-ring as suggested, or cut the end of the bolt off (HIGHLY un-recommended, this is from a few years of doing car mechanics), and see if that helps. If neither help, send it back to those nice guys at planet. They're bloody brilliant to deal with, hopefully gettin my gat back tommorow, and if its shootin sweet, I give them 10/10 for service, will never buy another brand again.

I tried the o-ring it still wobbled and I just shreaded it when it was tightened.

When i screw the FRM direct to the LPR out with the body it fits fine and doesn't wobble.

There is no way i'm putting ptfe tape in there, its asking for trouble in a high pressure fitting before QEVs.

Going to drop planet a bell & cheers to RST steve from answering questions.
