just a wonder ... alot of people do it and seem to get away with it. Must only be the parts that severely affect the safety of the mask.oh come on mate, if the rules say nt alteration or cutting then apply this to "flex 8 with the hard plastic bit at the top cut off". Officialy no, your not allowed it, its not that hard to grasp
Plasticote seems to be fine, i did about 7 layers with 20mins inbetween. Let it rest overnight, then did about 10 coats of clear laquer again with 20 min rests. Yet to use them, but i'm pretty sure they'll be fine, i'm playing on sunday so if you want i can pm you about them. No flaking as yet aswell. As long as you've got the protective laquer i can't see them chipping/flakingis painting a mask fine then if its just one colour
and also any one know if placticote spray paint is any good im after sprayins some flex 8 bottoms
