Softer shelled paint will bounce, you need thin or brittle shells and bright fills for sup air, remember your targets will be wearing pretty bright colours. Orange fill is the safest to go with, as its generally a "protected" colour at most tournements, meaning no-one's supposed to wear that colour or have any kit that colour - its reserved for paint.
If you find your paint's bouncing on impact try chilling it a little. I don't mean freeze the stuff or you might as well shoot marbles. When Paint's cold it becomes more brittle, and more likely to break in impact. I've always found Tomahawk pretty good, almost all grades, and it probably the most round paint i've shot, so it flies straight and won't be likely to break in your barrel.
