found these on the net to day and thought they looked quite cool, mainly because of the camo effect shell. just wondering if anyone on here had ever used them/ heard of them?

any good as a walk on level paintball or are they nothing more than a cool shell?

I would steer away from dark shelled paint as generaly you cant see where the feck your shooting, get the brightest paint you can get as your eyes can track them much easier when snap shooting ect. Makes quite a difference.

if you used a brighter coloured paintball the people you are shooting at will be able to see it where as if you use a darker shell they are less likley to see it coming towards them.

It may have a camo exterior but its pretty easy to see where the paint is headed, and its also a pretty good paint, used it in hot and wet situations n not had a problem atall with it.

i think some people were using it at the warped big game. from what people told me it was really hard paint so bounced frequently. but is good for recballing as it can pound its way through bushes!!

lol I got to agree with the Spec Ops comment ! It hurts like hell! Especially playing with full ramping At 20 bps! And in the woods It works as good as a strimer for cut down all those bushes!

thanks a lot to everyone who has posted.

i think the use brighter paint to see where your shooting makes sence.
and thanks Byron for your view as you have spoken to people who have used it.

I play sup air at walk ons and as such i doubt special ops would be approved of, besides it seems a bit stupid anyway, why shoot something that doesn't break, just because it hurts people.

i was primarily drawn to this paint because i hadn't seen it on any websites and the shells looked quite cool, but having read all this i think I'll give it a miss

Specs Ops breaks when it needs to in my experience & I've never had a break in the barrel - my favourite paint so far! Plus the bore size of spec ops is perfect for the stock barrels i have at the moment - I don't have any pipe kits yet - but should do soon :)

But then to be fair I have only played woodsball so far - moving to sup-air ASAP and I'd imagine that a slightly softer ball would be a good idea for it - so that even glances can break.
