heya , u might wanna think about wat ur gonna be using to power ur new little beast. be it CO2 then go for the tippmann, if uve got access to air then go for the ion. also if ur playin on a recball site u might wanna check to see if they will allow the ion as it will shoot soooo much quicker then most site guns. hope this helps :)

It depends which one is easier to get. Which would you recommend.

do u play at a local site or completely new to paintball??

if u have a local site u primarily play at then perhaps u should find out if they use air or co2 as a propellent or it could also depend if your wanting to play recball (woods stuff) or sup'air (tournament).

some sites dont allow electronic markers (ion) because of the rof u can get over ordinary site markers. if ur local site only uses/supplies co2 then get a tippmann but if your local site is ok with electronic markers with customer days (or if they do walkons - bring yer own kit and play on their site) and they can supply air then get an ion.

BUT there is alot more which can go wrong with an ion over a tippmann so you'd have to read up on ion repair/problem solving or find someone who could sort the problems for u.

im sure people will have more to add to this but i hope this kinda helps.
