After my Pulse feedneck broke (as most of them do) i contacted PROCAPS and eventually sent the broken shell to the USA. This of course was at my own cost. I have since had the shell returned and i now have a bill from FEDEX for the shipping of the product back to me. Bear in mind, it cost me £4 to ship to the US and the return cost is £23.57!!
wtf?
should i pay this charge or is this something procaps is liable to pay for?
 
To be honest mate, the problem lies with you on this one. The first thing you should have done is get in contact with the store that sold the hopper to you. They would, i am sure, have been more than happy to help. If this had not resolved the situation then a simple post on these boards would have revealed Spike as their man in Europe. Again, I am sure that he would have been more than happy to help.

Procaps have replaced your shells for free, as I believe they should where the product is faulty, the cost incurred is solely down to you.

If in any doubt with any paintball products, I have found these boards to be a great resource. Post up and I am sure people will be more than happy to offer advice (some slightly worthless!)
