on the subject tho. the SPL refs screwed us over

in the final sum1 blew a whistle during the 10 second warning and our guys broke out then ran back and tried to touch the gate but didnt make it and hence were pulled.
when that happend on CPL with joy they apparently restarted and asked them not to blow the whistle............if thats true could someone please confirm it?

BTW: You guys did good - congrats on the 2nd place! More sportmanlike behaviour after our game is rarely seen - especially in paintball!!!!

As always we have an 8th person/player/coach along who always do a bit of scouting of the teams we are playing - rarely more than one though, as the schedule don´t usually allow it! This years similar field layout on the various field makes it a bit easier, BUT teams can still have more than 1 game plan of course....

No I wasn´t the last player in our 2nd final game against Sigur - was Cissi and she did a DA*N fine job, boy were we proud at her!!!

- but yeah was me chearing you guys on for your final game from the pits...

I think Instinct (That were playing in the CPL field, next to the SPL/Empire Field, where you guys were you playing)'s coach was using the whistle, that's what probably caused the confusion.

I'm also pretty sure that it's against the rules to use whistles or any kind of sound devices.

i didnt have my mask on

when he did it i was like "whats your problem" etc

and he was like "**** you" so i told the refs and they took his players pass to ban him

then i said to him im willing to let it go if he just apologizes and he did but his team mates were saying that i slipped into his hand etc so i thought icatully i will get him banned

they then got Ulrich, and cus they were no witness's excpet team Vienna Ulrich gave his pass back and said dont shake hands with your opponents and when he said that all they people who were listening just lauged

1.) Centre parks resort was a good venue to stay in. Good alround atmosphere execpt the trouble on last day/ night.

2.) Nurburing was a good venue but still not perfect for paintball i think. Not big enough for all of the fields, noisey as fcuk with the cars and bikes, trade show miles from tech stands to use up space not used by missing field.

3.) Expensive/ limited ****e food but we now come to expect this

4.) Reffing was better than Toulouse but still over zelous on the 1-4-1 rule and from experience did not control games properly. Stealers last 3x points against coming at ya were a blur from reffing cock ups.

5.) Turf is dangerous and nowhere near as good as XL Turf (More expense spent on new footwear.

6.) + Point = Disruption bringing home the goods. Good to see a UK team doing the business again.
