Hi,

my dads boss came up and played in one of our private games, he now wants to get a gun that will outshoot ours - by around 100ft accurate...

as you can understand from the title, money isnt an object... but he wont wanna run around with it... so maybe something on a tripod?

I was thinking:
WG65 RIS Elite Sniper Custom
Tiberius T9 Elite

All it needs is a massive accurate range and power...

Cheers all...

a nice thought, but there is no such thing as "massive range and accuracy" in paintball - it really comes down to one or the other.

sure a flatline/apex/hop-up will boost your range (a bit) but at the expense of accuracy.

all other markers will give around the same range, as there is a limit to the exiting muzzle velocity (300fps max. more normally 280fps).

doesn't want to run around???

he's opted for the wrong sport!

Either that or he's a bit of a muppet who fancies digging into a bunker at the back and strafing the field from his hidey hole
2nd part is spot on, except for the muppet part :)

Right, so both the guns I said are okay for this then?

Bobs right ,dont buy any of that Scenario ****e ...The most accurate guns are tournament grade, with tournament grade barrels..and an Apex certainly isn't that accurate but will add distance...sniping doesn't exist in paintball tell him to take up airsoft..thats what he wants and you can pick up higher velocity sniper rifles.(up to 480fps as far as I've seen)

Ego/DM/Angel blah blah with an Ultralite/Freak ..blah blah will be far more accurate with good paint than any thing you are suggesting...plus it will be light enough without all those stupid and useless add on's that he wont need a Tripod.

Egos have always been accurate, and if money is no problem he should wait until the sl74 is available. Power, accuracy, looks, lightweight, and with all that money, if he really wants scenario style, he could pay someone to put a machine gun look-a-like case around it...?....what am i saying...what a waste if he did do that to an sl74..!!!!!
