yeh but most of these players carry 6/7 pods, and in the heat of battle i dont think counting pods would be top of your list of priorities
As Toye said its probably just an accidental spillage, but its a theory
yeah true, but you can EASILY count your pods in seconds by just feeling the bottom of your pack???

I think you're all missing the obvious answer here...

These guys shoot off so much paint that their sponsors start complaining and now these players are required to take at least one empty pod on field with them and fill it up with balls off the floor...

I thought everyone knew that?

I've known snake players to go out with an empty pot to stuff in gaps between the snake barricades, Works well lol :D
I've seen it lots, but this is the only time i've thought to post up.
That sounds pretty lame, i've never seen a pro player stuffing pods between bunkers, the only thing I could think is for use cheating or maybe when it gets hit it makes a sound so you don't get a penalty. More often than not the pod is in the far left/far right elastic double loops, Im really sure it's deliberate as well.

isnt the official rule that if anything you take onto the field gets hit then your out?
i.e. if you drop a pot then it gets shot it counts just like if you had got shot.

might have changed iv been out the loop for a while now.

but if its still true then why would you use a pot to block a gap when it could get shot then your out.
