elbow, knee, or slide shorts?

knee pads i'd say as your kneeling and crouching than doing slides, but pads offer alot of bounces.
depends mate, for example my pants have enough padding to keep my knees relativley happy, i just opt for arm pads for snake dives and extra bounce 
if you are going to play pb properly you NEED knee and arm pads, and some kinda hip protection offered by slide shorts might be beneficial
